About the Role:

We are looking for smart, collaborative Software Developers to join our growing remote-first startup team. At Age Up Health, we build CareTech: software for caring people who care for others. So, we hire caring technologists too. Strong values alignment is as important to us as strong technical skills.

We need people who can be flexible and able to carry out different responsibilities as required - some days writing APIs or automation, some days writing front-end code or working on our builds and deployment. Everything is dynamic in an early-stage startup.

Senior, Mid, or Junior level roles are available for the right candidate, although the role is probably not suitable for fresh Graduates. We are open to Full Time or Part Time too. Talk to us about how we can build the right employment conditions for you.

You will work with a small group of enthusiastic, growth-oriented colleagues building exciting experiences that can make a real impact in the lives of older Australians and those who care for them.

• Highly driven to make a positive impact in people's lives through technology
• Must be compassionate, friendly and patient
• Must be able to enjoy working collaboratively within a cross-functional agile team
• Must be comfortable with change, continuous learning, and helping others to grow
• Must maintain absolute respect for the security and privacy of our clients' data
• Have some (or a lot of) experience with writing well-tested front-end and back-end code, preferably in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Have some (or a lot of) experience with event-oriented systems involving non-relational (NoSQL) data storage
• Have some (or a lot of) experience with serverless cloud technologies
