needed help around the house. They registered with a large aged care provider and were treated appallingly. My grandparents
were forced to make large out-of-pocket purchases for essential home alterations and then had to wait months before they were
reimbursed. No one returned their calls or checked in on them, and they were often refused requests for help with gardening,
cooking or even computer lessons.
Having worked in VIP and corporate services and then consulting, positive customer experience had been central to all our business
activities. I realised that what my grandparents had suffered through was unacceptable, so I decided there and then to find out
everything I could about the Aged Care sector. Not knowing a great deal, I reached out to all sorts of people who had experience in

Briana is a qualified Osteopath with a keen interest in geriatric care. Her experience includes working across Aged Care Facilities in Melbourne, as well as home care visits and private clinic. She is passionate about helping her clients decrease their pain while increasing their mobility though individualized care plans tailored to the clients specific needs. Briana also holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree which gives her a holistic approach to client care. She is an integral part of the team providing unique expertise heavily relied upon not only by our clients but staff as well.
Sally has worked extensively in the events sector specializing in end-to-end management across a variety of event types: Corporate; Pharmaceutical and the Arts to conceptualize, scope, plan (including all stake-holder involvement), promote and deliver specific program content to each client’s target audience. These skills coupled with on-going training in dementia facilitate a new approach to how social programs are devised and delivered to Age Up Health’s clients with a focus on not only entertaining them but encouraging each to engage and extend themselves in ways that improve their quality of life – physically, mentally and spiritually – so they can truly “live their best life”.
Adrian has decades of international experience as a software developer, team lead, solution architect, strategic leader, consultant, coach, mentor and founder. He has built, led and grown teams for multiple global cloud-based B2B and B2C businesses. Adrian’s career has been marked by innovative, client-centred solutions to difficult technical problems, and this experience helps Age Up Health to realise our vision of balancing humanity with technology.
